The Aerotel is the only hotel physically at T3. The Hilton Garden Inn (T2) is walkable. Anything else you will need to get a bus/train/cab. There are no free airport courtesy shuttles, Heathrow Airport has banned them completely in an effort to get folks onto the horrible hoppa service.
