What i'm worried about is United banning me.
I live very close to IAD and United uses IAD as it's hub so it'll be very inconvenient for my future travels.

I mean, it’s fraud. Whether or not that bothers you is your call. But there are no reports of UA banning someone for a one-time hidden-city ticket.

That said, if you buy transportation to PIT, they’re under absolutely no obligation to deliver you to IAD. If HND-IAD cancels, they can decide to route you HND-EWR-PIT or HND-ORD-PIT. And you’re going to be dealing with UA’s Japanese staff, who are great… but who aren’t likely to react kindly to “well, I was trying to defraud your company, and this re-routing affects my plans.”
