On the 738s roughly half the fleet has the old (tiny) screens, and the other half is the newer (larger) screens. If you check the master 737 thread on here you can view which tail has which.

On the 739s, all of the “standard 739s” have the newer (larger) screen. The subset of 73R’s have them but are not yet enabled, while the 73J’s to
my knowledge do not (I have only been on a 73J in F, not Y, and F had an old monitor that extended). The supposed plan is for all of the 73Rs and 73Js to mirror the traditional 739 config, but it’s been over a year now of DL dragging their feet to start any mods, so it’s unlikely. I’m seeing them fly longer and longer routes ex-ATL these days and really is a detractor from the “premium” experience Ed advertises.
