I see “Sat 08” which would be yesterday. How do you get to 3 days old?

I’m no fan of the sad boxes and think it’s ridiculous that we’re now so far from COVID that it’s no longer an emergency, yet certain routes can’t get catered with warm meals. However, this is also a known thing with Canadian routes and a few others.
