I find this a bother because it necessitates a call or a chat with SQ to make any date changes, which generally takes 20-30 mins each time. And when I mention this to the CSOs, all they can do is shrug, tactically acknowledge as a "system issue" and to "raise feedback" to their technical team - without the slightest clue of what actually caused the problem.
Does anyone know how to get around this issue?
This is just a guess, but have you checked that all travellers in your party have a passport whose validity expires more than six months after your intended travel date? Perhaps this is what is causing the computer to say no?
