Cannot change redemption booking date online

I can't seem to change the date of my redemption bookings online, even when flights are available for my desired dates, whether for myself or for my nominees.

The constant message that I get at when I attempt to progress to the payment page (to pay the change fee) is:



Bizarrely, all my and my nominees' profiles are fully complete with their latest passport details.

I find this a bother because it necessitates a call or a chat with SQ to make any date changes, which generally takes 20-30 mins each time. And when I mention this to the CSOs, all they can do is shrug, tactically acknowledge as a "system issue" and to "raise feedback" to their technical team - without the slightest clue of what actually caused the problem.

Does anyone know how to get around this issue?
