Alright, so here's the Fisherman's Stew. It's cioppino (Italian) style. It did not have croutons, but the chunks of white fish (I think it was cod based on texture) held up pretty well. Potatoes were mildly undercooked. The Sysco branded salt and pepper packets unceremoniously tossed onto the tray seemed a bit cheap.
The person sitting next to me had the simple chicken. The portion of chicken appeared to be very good.
All meals came with the side salad and a bowl of banana pudding.
The omnipresent staple of western cuisine that is the bread roll and butter were noticeably absent.
