Seats 1A and 1K have smaller foot wells?
When I flew British Airways in April 2024 Denver - London). I sat in 1A. I thought it was a great seat but when I laid the seat flat for bedtime I noticed that I was cramped up (length and width) around my feet. I am planning on flying the same flight in July 2024 and I'd like to get a good seat with a better bed. So my question is: does the first row on the BA Airbus A350 have a somewhat smaller lie flat beds compared to the other seats? I'm less than 6'0 by the way.
Please note this may have been a user error. When I chose to lie the seat flat I did not notice until landing that their is a button you can push to specifically lay the seat flat. How I got the seat flat was to push the other button (the one that lowers the back incrementally) continuously until it was flat. Could this cause the problem that I had? Perhaps this makes the seat lie flat in a slightly different way? I hope this is making sense...
