Questions on room selection for an upcoming stay:

As a globalist, if I book the cheapest option, will I get an upgrade to a renovated room at check in?

Do they offer upgrades to the non renovated tower suites for globalists? Anyone stay in any of those suites recently and can offer any thoughts as compared to a regular renovated room.
