Yes those are the individual flight inventories for each flight.
It's peak travel season in New Zealand end of February early March. Don't know of any big event going on around that time. Thank you for posting back
Looking at the Polaris seats already selected it looks like more than half of them are (22). On 3/2 only 10 selected. So price and inventory is whacked either because of the fact that more than half of the cabin is sold (first flight) 9 months out, or a bunch of people just bought Polaris recently (both dates).
Same happened on our EWR-CDG flight in October. We bought Polaris while the price was "low", but right after we did that the price went up about $1000/person and all the way down to J9 and C<9. Looking at it now over a month later the seats haven't moved and the price is back down and now sitting at P3.
I would give it a few days/weeks and look at it then, but since this is high season for that part of the world, just like summer in Europe, don't get your hopes up OP. Like jsloan said, when you see PZ>2, cancel (requires a call) then reapply your MUA immediately.
Yes, I have become a nerd about this, thanks FlyerTalk
By the way, this is my first multi quote....
