I have a question. I have a business class ticket and want to select the Prime seat. It is available. However, when I click on it, a pop up comes up giving you information about the seat and then two options: cancel or book. When I click book nothing happens. It doesn't load the payment page. I've tried via desktop, the app, different browsers, so it seems to be an issue with them. Anyone have an idea what to do?
That happens to me via iPhone App too. But as I am on an Alaska Award I was expecting for it not to work.
