It depends, what airport and lounge are you talking about?

If it's a 3rd party lounge, like the current lounges at say CDG or ZRH, then you must be departing on one of the airlines specifically mentioned.

But if it's a oneworld lounge operated by a oneworld carrier, then you can be departing on any oneworld airline and get access.
