The only lounge in that terminal is the LH lounge I believe. It gets ridiculously busy for a few hours before the LH flight leaves around 5. It's also one of the only lounges where UA paxs on a domestic F ticket can access a lounge, so it can get a little busy around peak UA flights. Overall though it's pretty bleak. If you're there before the LH flight, they have better food and I recall bottled German beer. That goes away after though and it goes back to your typical PP type lounge food.
