With Hilton's recent partnership with SLH, I reached out to Hilton Honors over Twitter to confirm eligibility of my current stay to earn HH points. The reservation was made as a walk-up reservation on the day that we checked into D-Resort Gocek in Turkey. I provided a copy of the SLH reservation confirmation number and room rate but was informed that only reservations through the Hilton channels (website?) were eligible to earn HH points.
I thought that a walk-up rate at any property in the Hilton portfolio should be eligible to earn points - do the Terms & Conditions address walk-up rates/reservations?

We check out next week. Wondering if any FTers have similar experiences on walk-up reservation eligibility to earn HH points. TIA
