I was talking about the Western meals. I never order the Japanese food on Japanese airlines. I live in Japan and can get real Japanese food whenever I want.

LOL - so do we -- on our flights' back to our US home we treat it as our "Last Meal" -- except if we are on UA.... At our local Ramen place around the corner for $5 we have a meal at lunch that we couldn't match in NYC for 10 times the price -- so to us the food on the flight is a way to say Goodbye and be back soon....
My Japanese wife constantly complains about the food and prices in NYC -- and then I ask her to look up and enjoy where we are and that it is not the rainy season and that the humidity is under 50% -- these are our pics from close to home in FiDi today -- a perfect lazy Saturday afternoon -- followed by watching my Yankees get their butts kicked by Ohtani's Dodgers -- much to m wife's delight...
