I stayed two nights last week with my gf and was pretty happy with the stay. Universally excellent, professional staff. We were upgraded to a regency suite on the 19th floor with a full separate living room and dining area. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

Access to the Regency Club was included as a globalist. The dinner snacks were pretty mediocre Sunday night, the hot items were a chicken vegetable soup, which was almost all vegetables, a mushroom canape and some other fried thing (think what would be hot passed hors d'oeuvres at a poorly catered cocktail party). They also had cold cuts, cheese, etc. Evening snacks Monday were better, including a coconut curry and a seafood stew. Not sure if Sunday was an off day, or whether the evening offering is generally better during the work week. Can confirm that the alcohol is a paid honor bar.

I asked the front desk if globs can take breakfast in the restaurant or just the club lounge and was told just the club lounge unless you had booked a rate including breakfast. The breakfast was pretty meh. Monday, the scrambled eggs were very dry and tasted like they were previously powdered. I’ve had better eggs at more than one Hyatt Place. Tuesday, they had little breakfast sandwiches with egg, speck, cheese that were marginally better than scrambled, but still not particularly good.

Valet was reasonably quick with the car, unfortunately there is no text to queue it up in advance and there doesn't appear to be a full time valet staff, one of the floater front desk employees does it. Valet charges were wiped from the bill before ever seeing it as a Glob on a points stay.

All that said, I’d stay here again, despite the fully mediocre regency club and breakfast. It’s an older property and gives late 80s/90s vibes in some ways, but it’s been well maintained and the staff is excellent. The location is also great.
