Is anyone aware of a shopping portal such as Rakuten that could be used when purchasing the gift cards from Simon Mall?

Also, I've been purchasing the 1k cards in my personal account since I opened the account a few months ago.

I'm also concerned about retailers forcing everyone to use a card with a chip in the future. I've been asked by two different WM CSR's over the last few weeks why I don't use a card with a chip.
