If you are reading my quoted post, and interpreting it as me saying United is the "worst airline ever", then you are sadly mistaken. I criticized the airline for the catering, and flight attendants for the service quality. I understand you work for United, and with all due respect, I was talking about FAs in general, and not any specific individuals. Yes, I have encountered good FAs, but by and large, it's been hit and miss from my experience.

I fly regularly on other airlines and alliances based on convenience. This has allowed me to compare and contrast across a lot of different airlines and observe the good ones, and not so good ones.
