This is my most flown mainline route. No meal since the flight is under 900 miles so you'll get free drinks including alcohol and snacks which are things like small bags of cheez its and ruffles, so you should eat dinner before you board (or wait until DC, but depending on the evening you might not find much there late at night). You'll most likely get a good number of refills if you want them, as long as it's not super turbulent. Feel free to ask the flight attendant if you want a refill.
Lots of elites on this route so barring something crazy every seat will be full from upgrades; I would pick the non-bulkhead but it doesn't make much of a difference. I usually go non-bulkhead so I don't have to worry about boarding early to find a good spot for my laptop bag.
