Dinner (Summer Menu, Do&Co)

Selected - Braised Beef Short Rib thyme jus, sweet corn mousseline, asparagus, yellow carrots.

This is the new summer menu short rib selection from Do&Co. The sweet corn mousseline is a very nice choice compared to mashed potatoes or similar. Great corn flavor and not too sweet. Dessert is now a 2-tier chocolate mousse cake, which is better than the advertised chocolate pecan brownie. Good service.
