I think I'm the only person not excited about a return to multi course meal service. I've flown on plenty of international premium airlines, including the ones heavily subsidized by governments in order to position them as premium, and the food is usually fine but I have better food on the ground regularly. Most flights I'm ready to get the meal over quickly so I can work, or skipping the meal entirely to sleep.

I agree that United should improve service nevertheless.
