Yep - but it doesn't stop everyone from bashing EK -- it's just not true in spite of all the US airlines whining -- and I think UA was brilliant to finally admit it and work with them.... As someone that worked intimately with EK for 6 years I can tell you most of the junk you see on the boards or in the press is not true -- except for the regulations on flight crew...
