I don't know if they'll let you clear security but I suppose I don't see why not. They may make you wait until midnight.

You will not however be able to check your bag that early. According to their checked luggage page:

Checked bags will not be accepted more than 6 hours prior to a flight's scheduled departure time, or more than 4 hours for flights departing from San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU).
