Unless they have an assigned seat, even if in the back. That would be an issue for those having trouble getting down the aisle. (which is less than 5% of early boarders)

There is no right to a shorter walk due to a disability on any airline with assigned seats. You want a shorter walk? You pay for seat 1A. The article said every seat will be assigned. So the only reason to preboard is bin space, which is an issue on other airlines but not on Southwest due to free bags.
Almost guarantee the exit row will be Premium along with the front rows. My guess is that nobody will be able to sit in Premium seats without paying.
