I see NOTHING in this that addresses the "preboard" issues.

Unless they have an assigned seat, even if in the back. That would be an issue for those having trouble getting down the aisle. (which is less than 5% of early boarders)

by the way, right now, wife and I get the LUV seats 90% of time. Maybe no longer?
