Just got back and the room hasn't been serviced. Yet they have finished all the rooms.

I was told that they know about the fault previously.
Edit - just been told they don't service the rooms unless you request it.
Would be nice if they told customers!
Oh how disappointing!….ive had nothing but faultless stays here….that’s pretty crap….sad to hear.
