Bad: Booked revenue F, incoming flight very late and reset seating (???). GA gave our paid seats away for an upgrade, refused to fix:
"what do you want us to do, make them go back to coach?" "that is PRECISELY what you should do - we BOUGHT those F tix"
CSR told us to deal with it. Later sent a letter with copies of both tix to HQ - got some miles out of it but still pissed at the stupidity.
