It should show up like this. I know the OP wanted to be able to use the actual ApplePay option for the extra rebate, but they also said they were waiting for the new card in the mail. Since ApplePay isn't an option anyway, they could still use the card with the app to get the full number/exp date/security code and pay with it for the standard 1% back.
