Agreed. No way they'd eliminate vanilla...there would be a revolt!

EWR-HND from a few days ago:

I am so blasé about UA food, I barely pay attention to meal choices anymore. I just don't care. They're all about the same (with the awful Short Rib exception).
Apparently I pre-ordered, as the FA said: "I see you pre-ordered the Japanese Meal."
In my mind I was thinking: "No, I didn't. I may have ordered Chicken. That sort of seems vaguely familiar."
Turns out we were both right, as it was a Japanese Chicken Meal. Doh. (It could also have been fish...I really can't tell anymore what I'm eating with UA.)

Not terrible. Not great. Just United.
