maybe Dehli is cheaper because it’s a Vistara lounge (not a partner lounge)??? I have never flown Vistara.
KTM is more expensive because it's an international lounge and therefore booze. 1k for DEL Encalm lounge is surprisingly reasonable. Except... what do you want the lounge for? The Encalm lounge usually has long lines (maybe quicker access for paid customers, I don't know), is over crowded and has very very ordinary food. If you have a 3 hour international - domestic transit... you're not going to have much time to rest at the lounge.
