Just had a 3 night stay here and I have to say the hotel was very nice and very service oriented.

I was lucky to book 3 stays at the old price as a cat 2, I will miss the value

Had a few minor issues which the hotel fixed immediately and management came several times to apologize and make sure everything was okay.

I was priginally upgraded to a deluxe room (no suites available according to hotel, of course on sale in app ) but as I was alone I did not need a suite so did not push it. My deluxe room unfortubately was right next to the elevator so I asked for a different room since I am bothered by the elevator ding noise at night it even reads in my profile High floor away from the elevator so they gave me two options a club room in the quiteside or another deluxe I chose the club room.

The club room is smaller so if space is needed take the deluxe if your in a smilar situation.

The deluxe room seemed more like a Junior suite to me.

Club lounge is great, very attentive staff.

Food was great though very seafood oriented, while I am allergic to seafood staff proactively offered alternatives for me, I guess it reads in notes about my allergy I was very impressed with that level of attention.

Screen mirroring worls differently here then on other properties so it is rather quirky but doable.

Locationwise I think this hotel is situated very well.

Overall I was very pleased with this hotel.
