E-tix issued using APD are ticketed under AirNZ ticket number (086-xxxxxxxxxx). It’ may be under the NZ Codeshare (if that exists) and you’ll get a PNR for both AirNZ and the operating airline.

I did this for family flying BR from TPE-SGN in Dec using for partner portal, where I was surprised to actually find flights. And cheaper than buying a cash ticket ($AP 250 vs $NZ 380).

Using APD for a ticket provides the same lounge access for Koru as for cash fares (ie access is not available at all out-stations).

The lounge access question specifically for HKG is answered above, and KC members are out of luck it seems.
