iPhone app not showing account
My partner has now been elevated to the dizzy ranks of Silver following our TPR (yes I know it's only Silver and we'll never get to experience the CCR, but we are happy). However, he needs to be able to show his Silver card for his next trip next week on AA, as it may not have pulled through from the BA system to the AA one in time. And on the iPhone app when he cilcks on My Account it firstly gives him a message which tells him the Tier Points year has changed, then he dismisses that and it says "`Sorry something has gone wrong". He has tried uninstalling and installing the app again, no change.
If he tries logging into BA.com on a browser on the iPhone, as soon as he logs in he gets an error with some sort ot technical problem (Stack overflow? Something like that).
Any ideas on how he can get his card on his iPhone?
