M&M only talks about lounge access in general terms. The details are on the respective airlines website that operates the lounge:

Entry with a boarding pass for a Lufthansa Group, Star Alliance or code-share flight. Excluded from this are Senators and Frequent Travellers who are travelling on the BASIC fare with Eurowings or Discover Airlines.

FTL (Miles & More) card holders – access upon presentation a boarding pass on a flight operated by LO/LH/OS/SN/LX/OU carrier, departing on the same day from Warsaw Chopin Airport. If the boarding pass is missing status information, a loyalty card must be presented.No guest allowed.
