Access to LOT business class lounges is available for FTLs who travel in economy class on flights that are operated by OS, SN, OU, LO, LH or LX.
Access to Lufthansa/SWISS/Brussels Airlines/Austrian business class lounges is available to FTLs who travel in economy class on flights that are operated by *A member or on EW flights if they are booked in SMART or BIZclass.

However, I am not sure how accurate the info from the link is, as the info on the page states that HON traveling in EW on BASIC do not have access to lounges, while on EW webpage, it says that HONs do have access to lounges on BASIC fares. I was able to access FCL/A in ZRH when traveling on BASIC a few months ago.
