Most airlines seem to be reviewing their approach to encouraging the use of seatbelts during flight and probably associated messages about reducing loose items in the cabin after a number of recent events. We may well see a reminder of safety messages on this during the flight through different channels perhaps even a scroll bar at the bottom of the IFE every so often.

Mixing safety and 'commercial' messages isn't the greatest approach as it could lead to accusations of profit over safety which I would hope really isn't the case. I hope BA reviews the approach.
