I'm looking for recent DPs on getting to/from T4/T8 to hit the CL.

First time in JFK (so curiosity and all that)
OWS/Greenwich only.
No TSA pre.
Worth doing the trek?

I was in a similar position for SFO (before the all-terminal connection completion) and ended up staying in the BA lounge.
