But I think that AC has dedicated Group Check-in counters at YVR, YYC, YEG, YWG, YYZ, YOW, YUL, YHZ and YYT. Could you take advantage of that instead? It might streamline the process a little at least.

thanks for the group checkin tip. I booked them in groups of 7 as it was significantly cheaper then booking it as a group through the air canada group desk. I’m not sure they’ll let us use the group check in but it’s worth a shot.
