Hi UAP_777 and welcome to the Luxury Hotel and Travel forum! London House is a higher end subsidiary of Hilton, but I do not believe it meets the forum criteria for luxury hotels. Its star rating seems mostly to be 4*, which is upscale (i.e., not the highest, which is 5*). It has more than 450 rooms and few, if any, real luxury hotels have anywhere near that many -- usually 150 rooms max and often fewer.

Your feeling about this hotel would likely best be expressed either in he Chicago or the Hilton forums.
