Thanks for all the reviews so far, based on Google people were complaining about sewage backing up in some rooms and the AC issue as well. Wonder if all that is finally being sorted out? Looking to book this December and government rate makes it good enough to not think about splurging for EO...
I haven't encountered any sewage issues. I've stayed here 6-7 times (~100 nights overall) over the last 15 months. My last stay I had a slight issue where the shower drained slowly, but that was fixed quickly after informing the front desk.
As for the AC, I think it's just luck of the draw. Some rooms may struggle to keep the temp cool, especially the ones that face southwest. The afternoon sun and the late-day temperatures may just be too much to overcome. I've generally been getting rooms that face southeast, and the temps are fairly stable. I think lower floors might also be more prone to AC fluctuation, but I can't be sure.
