I get your goal, and hope that there is an online option.

But I think that AC has dedicated Group Check-in counters at YVR, YYC, YEG, YWG, YYZ, YOW, YUL, YHZ and YYT. Could you take advantage of that instead? It might streamline the process a little at least.
