That's a great list!

I would like to add the Hilton Lac Leamy near Ottawa Canada. Its not in the USA , but pretty close to New York and Vermont. Its has a pretty large very nice casino inside. Direct access to a casino and a beautiful hotel. Just 50 Canadian for your entire stay! Its the only really nice hotel ive found with direct casino access that allows dogs (outside of Atlantic City). It can be pricey weekends but I've found some weekdays pretty affordable and you can use/earn hilton points.
