I’ve been loyal to hotels.com for many many years - In fact I don’t think I’ve booked a hotel via anyone else. When the change happens, I’ll shall spend my amassed reward nights and never book through hotels.com again. There will be zero benefits imo or ones valuable to me in the future with one key. Booking 10 nights and getting 1 free is/was simple and rewarding. In the US where the change has already happened the general consensus is quite negative from stuff I’ve read
