Will report back in the Ruya thread in more detail when I am back home but in general, the hardware is in mint condition and service is very good as is the food. Junkies are also being taken great care of.
Beach Club is getting a proper kitchen facility which is under construction right now and should be ready for duty in two weeks time. Should make lunch services at the club independent from current requirement of food delivery from main kitchen.

They are thinking about relocating some lower level villas or adding more villas closer to the beach club along the hillside to increase number of full sea-view pavilions. Addition of villas/residences shall help serve larger groups and increase variety of room sizes. All trees on property, I mean all, have been number-tagged/registered to better plan/outline future expansion.
