Impressions premium spirits selection is excellent. But there are still no cocktail menus over a year after I visited. MrsCoffeeTraveler was just there and confirms there was no menu at any of the Impression bars. However, I sent her cocktails recipes they could probably make and the bartenders were happy to follow the recipes within limits of the ingredients they had. The selection of Mexican gins was very good. And the bar at Dos Almas (when it’s open) has a wonderful selection of tequila, mezcal, sotol, pox, charanda, and more. But of course no menus of the selection.
