Hi All,
I have found exactly the partner (Air France) availability I'm looking for on the Virgin Atlantic site, but I receive the following error when I go to book it. This is after going through the entire booking process, entering payment information, etc. When I go back to search, the seats are still available. I have been trying for three days now.
Is this a known problem? Is there any way around it? I called but the guy I spoke to on the phone was not helpful and had no idea why the booking fails. Many thanks in advance!
