In the air I do prefer the AF A350, both the aircraft itself and the service. But between those two options I'd probably go KLM to avoid having to book a train segment with a night in Paris. Fitting that whole trip in one day would be better imho - and that layover at AMS is long enough to not have to worry about small delays, having to rush, etc.
