To book way ahead a refundable ticket to a destination you might want to fly in the future and later change the date or hope that they change something (and ask for a re-issuance of credit with +1 year expiration)
Or maybe book an award flight, then add seat upgrades, etc, with travel bank credits?
Any idea?
Thanks
If you book a flight with travel credit that will expire, you can continue to change the flight while retaining the expired credit. If you were to cancel on your own, then you'll say bye to the expired credit. I've done it this way with no problems.
