Yes: BAEC Silver gets the free baggage and free MCE seats on AA. You can also check in at dedicated check-in desks for AAdvantage and oneworld elites, and you will be in a priority boarding group.

MCE passengers have dedicated overhead bins (although the flight attendants tend not to enforce this), and also get free alcoholic beverages on board.
