Since there are no checked bags, and presumably OP will have the boarding card printed when arriving at JFK, T-60 should be fine. The premium check-in allows you to cut to the front of TSA, and even if you bypass the check-in area (since it is unnecessary), the TSA line moves quickly in the evenings.
